Designing and manufacturing a coating system is only part of our job. The larger challenge is ensuring the product can be applied efficiently and supported promptly. For this reason, Bradley maintains a staff of technical service professionals throughout North America and China. Staff members are fluent in English, Spanish and Mandarin languages and reside within territories that enable access to any of their customer locations within 24 hours. In addition, our manufacturing locations in Michigan, USA and Huizhou, China each include technical support laboratories. Whether launching a new formulation or responding to a critical issue, Bradley Coatings personnel are dedicated to exceeding our customers’ expectations.
