Polyurethane and Epoxy Technologies
Bradley Coatings Group polyurethane technologies represent the highest quality exterior finish used in the transportation industry. All of our acrylic urethanes are known for gloss retention and exterior durability. These chemically cured two component systems also offer fast dry along with excellent flexibility. Our urethane products are designed to have superior flow when sprayed, have flexible application parameters, and retain maximum depth of image. We have developed these products with the environment in mind and offer Polyurethanes with low volatile organic compounds and/or products free of hazardous air pollutants. We have developed systems that can be sprayed directly to metal or that can be used with primers.
Bradley Coatings Group epoxy technologies range in type and scope. We have direct to metal high-build epoxy coatings, zinc-rich epoxy primers, aluminum-rich epoxy primers, non-skid epoxy coatings, patented extreme-temperature epoxy coatings, and epoxy primers that can be used in a three coat system. The epoxy primers can be used with the polyurea topcoats as well as the traditional polyurethane technologies. We have epoxy systems that can be used in wet-on-wet applications and epoxy systems that can be used in direct to metal. Our epoxy systems are fast dry, with low volatile compounds, free of hazardous air pollutants, and are extremely chemical resistant and flexible. Our epoxy coatings are used in the railroad industry, oil and gas industry, trucking industry, intermodal industry as well as general industrial markets.
